Donation Request Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

• The requesting individual must be authorised by the business or organisation to make a request for voucher donations on its behalf.

• Voucher donation requests must be made on behalf of a business or organisation, i.e. not for personal use.

• Voucher donation requests must be directly associated with an organised event or fundraiser aimed at supporting a charitable cause or specific initiative. Requests made without a designated event purpose will not be considered.

 

Request Submission:

• Organisations interested in receiving voucher donations must submit a formal request using the designated application form available on our website.

• The request should include information about the organisation, the purpose of the fundraising event, and how the vouchers will be utilized.

• Submission of the request does not guarantee voucher donation; all requests are subject to review and approval by our team.

 

Voucher Allocation:

• The allocation of vouchers is at the discretion Xplore and is subject to availability.

• Vouchers donated will be for specific products/services and will be clearly outlined upon approval.

Usage and Distribution:

• Vouchers donated are intended solely for fundraising purposes and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.

• The organisation receiving the vouchers agrees to use them exclusively for the specified fundraising event and in accordance with the laws and regulations governing such events.

• Any alterations to the usage or distribution of the vouchers must be approved in writing by Xplore.

Expiration and Validity:

• Vouchers provided will have an expiration date, beyond which they will not be valid.

• Xplore holds no responsibility for any expired vouchers after the specified date.

 

Liability and Indemnity:

• Xplore will not be held liable for any misuse, theft, or loss of vouchers once they have been donated to the requesting organisation.

• The organisation receiving the vouchers agrees to indemnify and hold Xplore harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the vouchers.

Termination of Agreement:

• Our organisation reserves the right to terminate or suspend voucher donation agreements at any time without prior notice if there is any violation of these terms and conditions.

 

By submitting a request for voucher donations, the requesting organisation agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.
