£20* - UNLIMITED PLAY PASS

 

This summer, bring your little ones down to play at Xplore soft play as many times as you (or they!) like for just £20* for a whole month.

How it works:

​​

  1. Fill in the online application form (1 per child) - a recent digital photo is required.

  2. Make your payment online.

  3. Head to Xplore the next day for a play and show your confirmation email... Our team will check your details and run through the rules of play before you enter.

  4. Visit as many times as you would like for the next month.

Please note:

  • Entry with a pass is still subject to availability & there may be a wait to gain entry at busy times.

  • Up to 2 adults can enter for free with a valid ThanX card otherwise there is a charge of £1 per adult.

  • The pass cannot be used on the same day as purchased.

T&Cs​

​

  • *A £0.95 transaction charge is applied to each transaction.

  • Passes are sold on a first come first served basis and are only available online via this webpage. Passes are subject to availability and are not available by phone or in person.

  • A digital passport-style photo of the child is required to be uploaded at the time of purchase clearly showing the child's face, head and shoulders.

  • The pass is valid for the named child only & cannot be transferred.

  • The photograph of the child will be held by Xplore for identification purposes only. All information and images collected are subject to our GDPR Policy.

  • The pass does not guarantee entry or priority entry to Xplore Soft Play. At peak times there may a queue/wait.

  • The pass is valid for 1 calendar month from the date of purchase.

  • The last date to purchase a pass is 30 August 2019 (and will, therefore, expire on 30 September).

  • The pass can not be used in conjunction with any other event, offer or for birthday parties.

  • The pass is non-transferable and has no cash value and can be revoked at any time by Xplore.

  • Rules of Play must be followed at all times. If you do not adhere to the rules of play your pass may be revoked. 

  • Errors and omissions excepted.
