• One Summer Adventure Passport may be issued per child.

• One stamp will be awarded per eligible paid child's soft play admission.

• Multiple visits on the same day may not qualify for additional stamps.

• Stamps can only be issued by authorised Xplore team members at the time of visit.

• Lost, damaged or stolen passports cannot be replaced with previously collected stamps.

• Reward discounts must be redeemed before the Summer Adventure Passport is handed in.

• £1 OFF and £2 OFF rewards can only be redeemed at Xplore's reception (not online). They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

• Free soft play entry reward must be redeemed by the 31 August 2026.

• Teddy Town, 4D Golf and ShakeStop rewards are subject to availability and any attraction-specific terms.

• Completed passports must be handed in by 31 August 2026 to qualify for the prize draw.

• One completed passport equals one entry into the prize draw.

• Two winners will each receive 6 FREE soft play entries, with a minimum of 6 months' expiry.

• Prize draw winners will be selected at random after the promotion closes.

• Winners will be contacted using the details provided on their completed passport.

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and have no cash alternative.

• Xplore reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time where necessary.

• Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Rules of Play must be followed.

• Free Soft Play Entry excludes adult admission.

• Summer Adventure Passports are non-transferable.
