Summer Passport Terms & Conditions

• Promotion runs from 13 July to 6 September 2026 (inclusive).

• One Summer Passport per child.

• One stamp will be awarded for each eligible paid child's soft play walk-in admission.

• The FREE 6th visit includes admission to soft play for 1 child and 1 accompanying adult.

• Multiple children cannot collect stamps on the same Summer Passport.

• Stamps can only be issued by authorised Xplore team members at the time of your visit. Stamps cannot be added retrospectively.

• Lost, damaged, or stolen Summer Passports cannot be replaced or have previously collected stamps transferred.

• Reward discounts must be redeemed before the completed Summer Passport is handed in.

• Rewards can only be redeemed at Xplore Reception (not online). Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and have no cash alternative.

• The FREE Soft Play Entry reward must be redeemed by 6 September 2026.

• Teddy Town, 4D Golf and ShakeStop rewards are subject to availability and any attraction-specific terms.

• The Summer Passport must be presented when redeeming any reward.

• Completed Summer Passports must be handed in by 6 September 2026 to qualify for the prize draw.

• One completed Summer Passport = one prize draw entry.

• Winners will be selected at random and announced during the week commencing 7 September 2026.

• Two winners will each receive 2 Play & Eat child admissions plus 2 accompanying adult admissions, valid for a minimum of 3 months from the date of issue.

• Winners will be contacted using the details provided on their completed Summer Passport.

• Xplore reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion where reasonably necessary.

• Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. All guests must comply with Xplore's Rules of Play at all times.
